ABOUT THE LIVEABOARD

The BVI Aggressor is a 110’ yacht with a wide beam. Built and powered for comfort, safety and stability, she is diesel-powered, cruises at 10 knots and has 110-volt power onboard. Accommodations include two balcony suites, five deluxe staterooms, each having two single beds or a king, and three twin staterooms each with two single beds, all side by side. All staterooms have climate controls, TV’s and private bathrooms.

The BVI Aggressor sleeps 20 guests in privacy and comfort. She features a roomy, air conditioned salon and dining area, sun deck complete with a hot tub, lounge and deck chairs, an outdoor sound system, shaded cocktail deck, grill, and a photo editing computer for guests to use. Diving amenities include camera table with low-pressure air hoses, and two hot, freshwater showers. The BVI Aggressor staterooms each have a safe aboard to store valuables such as passports, cash, credit cards or anything else you would like to store.

There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. If you have a favorite movie or digital presentation to share, we encourage you to bring it along. The staff especially loves new releases of movies, recent magazines and books. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.

Day 1

Arrival/Boarding/Departure –The British Virgin Islands’ international airport (EIS), officially the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (also known as Beef Island airport), is located on Beef Island, which connects to Tortola via the Queen Elizabeth II bridge. The yacht operates from the Village Cay Hotel & Marina in Road Town which is the host hotel and located 30 minutes from the airport. It is highly recommended for guests to arrive one day prior and stay there. Guests arriving on Saturday or those already on the island should make their own way to the yacht anytime between 4 – 5 pm for boarding. Taxi rates are published and should be $36 for one passenger, $18 each if two passengers, and $15 each if three or more passengers (rates are subject to change). Passengers arriving by air on Saturday must be onboard Saturday evening after the last flight arrives by 8 pm. Airport transfers are not included in the cost of your charter. At the end of the week, the captain will assist with organizing transportation to the airport or hotel if you are extending your stay.
The BVI Aggressor docks at the Village Cay Hotel (host hotel) & Marina, located on the south side of Tortola in Road Town, the BVI capital and main shopping area. Vehicles drive on the left side of the road in the BVI.

Day 2-7

Throughout the week, you may dive several areas of the British Virgin Islands, mainly on the outer islands consisting of Norman, Peter, Salt, Cooper, and Virgin Gorda. The itinerary is entirely dependent on the winds and weather. With all dives from tenders, diving is offered daily throughout the week. Diving begins Sunday morning and ends Friday around noon when the BVI Aggressor returns to port. On Friday, the staff hosts a sunset Guest Appreciation Cocktail Party at 5:00 pm., followed by dinner ashore (not included). Saturday morning check-out is at 8:00 am. Transportation can be arranged to the Airport or a local hotel near the yacht. There will be opportunities to go ashore for swimming, snorkeling, and beach combing throughout the week.
