ABOUT THE LIVEABOARD
Exploring some of the most diverse areas in the Indonesian archipelago, the New White Manta liveaboard offers fantastic dive itineraries in Ambon, the Banda Sea, Raja Ampat, and Lembeh, and exploration cruises in the Manado region. One of the largest purpose-built dive vessels in the area at an impressive 46m length, the White Manta yacht caters to 20 guests in 14 beautifully furnished cabins. Each stateroom averages 20sqm and comprises twin, double, or triple sharing bedding options. En-suite bathrooms, luxury amenities, and tasteful furnishings make the perfect home-from-home. A fresh variety of delicious cuisine is expertly prepared on board. With no less than 5 meals daily, hungry divers will be satisfied with an extensive range of tasty treats. The large partially covered sundeck with loungers and outdoor terrace make for the perfect place to unwind and relax during your stay.
Built by divers, for divers, the New White Manta is a photographer’s dreamboat. Equipped with camera-friendly facilities, there is a wide outdoor work table on the dive deck, an indoor dry camera room, and blow-dry stations. Small dive groups of 4:1 ensure that photographers never miss the action. The spacious dive deck has ample room for kitting up and individual gear storage areas to make diving hassle-free. Four 60hp tenders make getting to and from the dive sites easy. The highly-trained crew and dive guides are committed to your comfort and enjoyment during your Indonesian dive liveaboard trip.

Know More about the days
Day 1
(0-1 dives) 3pm trip departure day.
- Our staff will meet you upon your arrival to Sorong Airport or local hotel and transfer you to your waiting Manta vessel.
- Arrivals before midday are best so we can make check dive at Red Light District (Lampu Merah) just outside Sorong before we get underway by 3pm for overnight sail.
Please Note: This is a sample itinerary and nº of dives, dive sites, etc. may be subject to change due to weather conditions and other unforseeable factors
Day 2
(4 dives)
- Misool: Wayil area with its beautiful lagoon for boat tour and super dives.
Day 3
(3 dives)
- Misool: Fiabacet & Boo area. Sail to overnight to Central & North Raja Ampat.
Day 4
(4 dives)
- Pianemu area: Including famous Melissa’s Garden and stunning View Point hike.
Day 5
(4 dives)
- Manta ridge & Dampier Strait
Day 6
(4 dives)
- Kri area: Including Big Fish, Cape Kri, Sardine Run, & excellent night dive.
Day 7
- Misokon island: Including Blue Magic & Yellow Fever.
- Sail back to Usahamina pier, Sorong where you spend the last night on board. Plenty of time to wash & dry equipment, have lunch, rest & relaxation, and if need be, an early flight on trip departure day.
Day 8
- Check out after light breakfast, farewells, and transfer to local hotel or airport. Departure from Sorong to Manado/ Makassar/ Jakarta/ Denpasar.
- Unfortunately our trip has come to an end and we have to say goodbye, but we hope to see you again soon!

- Manta ridge & Dampier Strait
Day 8
- Kri area: Including Big Fish, Cape Kri, Sardine Run, & excellent night dive.
Day 9
- Misokon island: ncluding Blue Magic & Yellow Fever.
- Sail back to Usahamina pier, Sorong where you spend the last night on board. Plenty of time to wash & dry equipment, have lunch, rest & relaxation, and if need be, an early flight on trip departure day.
Day 10
- Check out after light breakfast, farewells, and transfer to local hotel or airport. Departure from Sorong to Manado/ Makassar/ Jakarta/ Denpasar.
