ABOUT THE LIVEABOARD

The Palau Aggressor II is 106 feet long with a 30 ft. beam, built and powered for comfort, safety and stability. She has a beautiful spacious salon, large shaded sundeck with chaise lounges and deck chairs, bar, and grill. She is diesel powered, cruises at 10 knots and has 110-volt power onboard.

Comfortable accommodations for 18 guests include 9 spacious cabins, 8 deluxe which have a queen and single bunk, a private head and shower and one double cabin (#9) with a full and single bunk, private head and shower. Cabin #9 is located on the dive deck level. Each stateroom has extra storage and individual climate controls. They have a safe aboard to store valuables such as passports, cash, credit cards or anything else you would like to store.

There is a variety of nightly entertainment, including diving, fish identification presentations, movies, games and more. If you have a favorite movie or presentation to share, we encourage you to bring it along. A small library of books for exchange is maintained onboard as well as fish identification books for reference.

    Guests will embark and disembark from Malé. Guests arriving on charter start date are met by a staff of the Maldives Aggressor II wearing a white Aggressor polo shirt at MLE (Male International Airport) at 3:30pm (in front of the Burger King located outside the arrival hall) and are transferred by water taxi to the yacht at 4:00pm. There is no Marina in Male to pick up guests – everyone, including early traveling guests MUST meet at the airport for the prearranged pick up. We strongly recommend arriving at least one day prior to the charter start date and to stay in either a hotel or resort in the Malé area. All guests must be onboard by 5:00pm for the yacht to depart for its first night anchorage with the first dive the following morning. All airport transfers from Malé will be met at 3:30 pm with a 4 pm transfer to the Maldives Aggressor II.
    • Arrival/Boarding/Departure
    • We request that all guests be at the NECO Marine dock by 4:30 pm on boarding day. Guests arriving on the last flight from Guam will be transferred to the yacht.
    • At 6 a.m., the yacht will depart for the first dive. Jellyfish Lake is opened/closed at the discretion of the Department of Conservation according to the jellyfish population and without advance notification.
    • Diving begins Monday morning until Saturday around noon. The yacht will return to port no later than 2 p.m. with a cocktail party at 6 p.m. and dinner ashore at a local restaurant
    • Check out is at 8:00 am. The staff will help organize transportation to the airport or a local hotel if you are extending your stay.
